3 Things I didn’t know about the Aegean Sea until I lived in Türkiye for 500 days

1. Location: Crystal Blue Embayment of the Mediterranean Sea between Greece & Türkiye 🇬🇷🩵🇹🇷

2. The waters are generally too warm for sharks to live & thrive so it feels safer than my personal ocean experiences 🦈❌

3. Still water glass days happen during perfect weather conditions seasonally & is some of the most magical experiences I had in Türkiye 🏖️ the water seems to only reflect & not move.  It’s silent, it’s vast, and it’s reflective ✨
